Park Farilya is a gated complex of eight houses with direct access onto a beach. The beach is protected by a sea wall making a perfect place for children to swim and play. A small beach bar is a pleasant place to sit and watch the children. Sun loungers and umbrellas are freely available on both sand and hard standing. For the better swimmers there are steps into the open sea that enable you to watch the fish in crystal clear water.

Within the complex is a twenty metre pool with more loungers and umbrellas with a small baby pool beside it. For the energetic there is a tennis court (or basketball court). The complex is well maintained and a safe haven for children to wander.

The villa has five double bedrooms with five bathrooms. The large balcony looks over the sea with fantastic sunsets. There is nothing better than an evening drink on the balcony as the sun goes down. Beach restaurants are a short walk away in Kucukbuc and the town of Gundogan a short drive. If you want shopping, sightseeing or nightlife the town of Bodrum is twenty-five minutes away. For explorers there is Halicarnassus and Myndos on your doorstep with a large number of Greco-Roman sites along the coast towards Ephesus, only two hours away.
